Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (for example: underwear, swimwear, earrings, opened personal care products). Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees (including the original shipping fee, if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or item arrived damaged/defective).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance where appropriate. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary depending on your bank/payment provider).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Orders with Incorrect Address / Refused Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to pick up, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs (and any return handling fees, if applicable) once the item is returned and inspected.
