Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is handed off to the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (including Alaska and Hawaii where available at checkout). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package, we may reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus shipping costs once the item is returned and inspected (if applicable).
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management

Contact the carrier with your tracking number

Check for any delivery notice or safe drop location
If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@thepeelxpro.shop within 7 days of the delivery notification. We will review the situation and assist with next steps, where applicable.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@thepeelxpro.shop within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging (including the shipping label if possible)
We will evaluate the issue and work with you on a replacement or other resolution as appropriate.
